About these terms
This website is operated by Festus George-Sawyerr trading as FGS Wellbeing, a sole trader established in the United Kingdom. These terms apply to use of the website and purchases made through it.

Products, prices and payment
Product descriptions, what is included, prices and delivery information are shown before checkout. Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send your purchase confirmation or access details.
Delivery and access
Course access instructions are sent to the email used at checkout within one working day. For live workshops, we will email within one working day to confirm the next session and joining details. Please contact us promptly if you do not receive the expected email.
Cancellations and refunds
Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online service purchases. If you ask us to begin providing a service during that period, any refund may be reduced to reflect the service already supplied. Your cancellation right may end once a service has been fully performed with your prior agreement.
Digital content that is supplied immediately is treated differently: where you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge the effect on your cancellation right, that right may be lost once the download or access begins. This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. To cancel or raise a problem, email us with your name, purchase email and order details.
Workshop changes
If we need to reschedule a live workshop, you may accept the new date or request a full refund. If you cannot attend, contact us as early as possible so we can explain the cancellation or transfer options that apply to your booking.
Wellbeing information
FGS resources are educational and developmental. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency support, and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Intellectual property
The website content, written resources and named FGS frameworks are protected by intellectual-property rights. A purchase grants personal use only unless separate written permission is provided.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was made, or for business losses arising from personal-use purchases.
